hey everyone who said that my ignition module was bad i have to give you props you were dead on i appreciate the advice!!!!!!!

I hope you didnt buy a new one at least if you drive a honda. Those are known to go bad quite often in hondas. My car was running like shit so I took the dist apart and put everything up to the multimeter. Well my ICM was off. I took a wire brush to it along with some contact cleaner and hooked the multimeter back up it was then back in spec. Just some oxidization/corrosion build up on it.

i had to buy a new one while i was going through the dist. i noticed a crack in the icm so there fore i had to replace it...
