Good to hear that your problem was resolved. FordSpeed needs to do a serious evaluation on current employees mainly on that guy Eric. He has the wrong attitude toward customer service and has no clue about its importance in the success or failure of a business.

Ever since they opened I didnt like them. Ive never personally dealt w/ and I dont plan too.

Any shop that has to pay every single damn car at a race to put their stupid-ass sticker on is ridiculous. I understand its advertising and all that but i think if your going to have someones sticker on your car you ought have some connection (whether parts or services) Not just I got $200 to put this sticker on my fender
