I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

My car starts with the ecu fuse out, so I dunno about that.

I locked my keys in the car once when I blew up a p28 while driving ( still dont know for sure how, prolly a bad one) and I broke into the car with a flat head screwdriver and a STICK.. and I only used the stick because the screwdriver wasn't long enough to hit the mechanism lol

So I have made repairs to the window. I cannot find the center dash piece nearly anywhere (with out buying it new for way to much scrilla) I am looking at doing a straight trade of the vehicle for a 96 Integra LS with 130k (civic has about 150). I dont know much about Integras other than it seems to be a smaller civic with a dual cam 1.8. The car is an excellent driving condition besides minor cosmetic wear of a twelve year old vehicle. Do you think this would be a worth while trade it is a five speed, and does anyone know about main things that go bad on these cars (primarily engine) I am open to any advice on the subject because I am trying to educate myself before i just go trading a car i have worked on for a new one.

Yea he wants to do a straight trade. Do you think it would be fair? They are basically the same car he says he has a motor for my wifes Civic if he gets it. I do not understand why he would not just put it in the Integra. Are the mounts different?

I would trade a civic for an integra. it sounds fair to me, the integra has lower miles and if the body is in equal/better condition than the civic it's def worth it imo...but thats just me.
