I remember going when it was a brand new spot and nobody but a select few showed up.Then the ricers found out and ruined it.It usually takes 5 years and a spot is done and ready to be retired.Gandy had the same fate.

 

IMO gandy is worse the CCC. more people get busted out there anyways, the last time i went to gandy a bunch of people got jumped gun shots fired.....and i thought the meet was supposed to be for cars?

 

theres a good place down by the pinellas county waste dump in clearwater. theres a huge road itd be sick to run there plus its safe noone is ever on that road at nite and hardly during the day but lighting suckss

someone could make a killing opening up loitering lot where you pay to park. My car is close to being back together and I always have a good time there. People seem to be nice when you are over 300lbs though. For those of you who dont have size 15 cowboy boots here are a few helpful hints. Park away from the crowd, dont wear flip flops (glass) dont let your car out of site, dont come alone, and please please keep a gun in your car. It is amazing how a well aimed bullet can stop a criminal.

 

^your size can also be your down fall, so dont play that card unless you know how to back it up lol.

you get ppl that think they are tough shit and want to prove it to everyone by taking the biggest mother fucker down there!

 

i was implying that people have always given me a wide berth. Im no tough guy. Im way to old to catch a charge. But i was warning those of lesser stature. I dont go to CCC without a gun (totally legal cuz im an american). I used to go by myself and un armed, but after that robbery shit and cpu throwing im not gonna chance it. I wish they would let the undercovers practice their trades on all the idiots there. I dontg really make waves it was more of a warning for a ccc noob. 90% of the people there are all talk and drive garbage. That 10% will kick your teeth in and dust your car before you even see em so tread carefully and look for snakes. just my .02

shit it happened last wkend, drunk old guy at winghouse punched me and I knocked him one in the nose and he laid down, I guess he was tired lol

cops got called, it was self defense so they let me go no problem lol

 

I think if people want to really race and not worry about jackass' they should go to a spot like hm....bread factory, or similar, on a Sunday night where all those high school F&F wanna be's have to go to school the next day so they arent gonna be out there doing burnouts, 'trying' to drift, talking about vtec this vtec that when they have an LS in their crx. but thats just my $.02

 

Man thats a dangerous ass place to race...I ran out there once and felt like I was going to hit the car next to me the whole race cause its a skinny ass road.But I did like going out there back in the day and 78th also alot of crazy shit happend out there.
