BIG DECISION - which would you do?
i have a 94 integra ls sedan with 90000 miles on the motor & tranny. the clutch is about to go (im pretty sure) and i want a boost. i have 2 options.
1) buy a JDM b18c (GSR) engine/tranny and install it.
2) turbocharge my b18b (LS) current engine and buy a ACT racing clutch and install those.
the thing is im not sure if my engine can withstand the boost especially with 90000 miles on it. whats your guys opions? have you ever heard of a car being turbocharged with 100000+ miles and still lasting?
thanks

$369 from raceeng.com for Eagle forged rods for B18 a/b
I would not recommend the jdm b18c over the usdm b18c.
I also wouldnt recommend you turbo any honda motor unless you have a deep pocket as you will be digging into it often.
I personally would build up your bottom end with beefier rods and a nice set of high compression pistons and find a b16 head or b18c head get a wiring harness to adapt in a vtec motor with an obd1 ecu.
or just buy the clutch for now and keep saving till you can afford to do it right.

why the usdm over jdm?
also i heard the ls/vtec setup is very unreliable.
