the real question is why would anyone want to ride a 50cc scooter, on any street?

unless its changed, i believe 49cc and under is OK without a motorcyle endorsement

yea...as of last year i know anything over 49cc you need registered and permit to drive...as a matter of fact, i saw a pocket bike driving down a road the other day in traffic with a license plate on it! lawl! i wish i took a pic of that one!

Most scooters and pocket bikes labelled 50cc are actually 49cc. Check the actual engine displacement on the paperwork.

Oh and 49cc and under don't require a license,anything over does.

What a lot of people do is get 150cc's and if the Certificate of origin doesn't say 150cc they claim its a 50cc and no one asks questions.
