So take your rice shit somewhere.
just get a slug of mallory metal and have it machined into a shift knob. that will add some weight

It has nothing to do with RICE or adding power or what not. Its my truck and I want it to feel comfortable. I love the feel of my carbon knob, but its just too light. I went from using a bigger/uglier knob that didnt fit my hand so well. To this that fits my hand really well but is 40% as heavy.
I will grab some weight from work tomorrow and see if I like it or not.
Dude, lead weight in a shift knob isnt going to change the characteristics of a fucking car due to less than standard lb. Your a fucking moron. CF interior pieces are not made for weight reduction, unless we are talking about a 1 off dash mold using minimal bracing made of aluminum or even carbon reinforcements. A CF shift knob is actually a lead/aluminum plug wrapped in carbon weave. So it is sometimes heavier than a stock shifter.

I've always thought you paid 3x more for carbon fiber because it was lightweight. guess i was wrong.
I'll stop being a dick now. My 240 had a heavy fucking shift knob and i tried to drive it without the knob and id deffinatly seemed to shift more smooth and felt solid.
I had a weighted skunk 2 one a long time ago. It was pretty nice. its not going to make you any faster but it did feel a little better.
