Default serious clutch issue....

Ok, I bought a stg 2 clutch and PP for my truck. I then sent my flywheel out to be machined/lightened. I now have everything put back together, but... My clutch pedal just falls to the floor. I tried bleeding it, and then I get SOME resistance. But it doesnt even move my clutch fork enough to engage the clutch... I dont know if I did something wrong(its aligned and all) or if the slave cylinder? went bad.

If you have any ideas I would much appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
-Mike

it can only be a couple of things:
-clutch line is leaking somwhere or is cracked or even just a pinhole and that weak spot is sucking in air
-slave cylinder is fuxored
-master cylinder is fuxored
-some sort of combo of the above 3

my uneducated guess would be the master cylinder, the seals were probably not up to challenge of the new improved clutch

The thing of it is, when I installed the clutch. The slave/master didnt do any work. As soon as I bolted the slave to the trans, it had no pedal. It just fully fell to the floor. I think I am going to pick up a new slave today and see what happens.
