Default Any hookups on Rotor resurface?

well i just got a big brake kit in for my audi. Unfortunately the front rotors were in weather so theres a nice film of rust. Tried hitting it with a wire wheel as you can see but it wont get the entire layer off and i dont know if bead blasting would work either. so i think a quick resurface would be best. Anyone know any cheap places in the Clearwater'ish area?

EDIT: I went ahead and hit both rotors with the wire wheel and took a better pic so you can see the film of rust still on the rotors. Think itll come off with some heavy braking?

actually the wire brush just got the orange rust off. Theres still a nice layer of rust the brush cant get off. The rotors sat in weather for over a month.

just do like orion said and start slow with a long runoff, you don't want to hit them in traffic and not stop

Should be fine to install them and drive for a while to get the rust off. Just take it easy until they look good.
