I can't sell my Vipers. I just can't do it. If I had kids I could sell them in a heartbeat, but I can't sell my Vipers.

Well does it come with stability control, ABS, 6 airbags, 35 mpg, and a cloud of smug? Cause I smell a lawsuit coming.

Seriously though, these things dont come with VINs, just like the ol' Competition Coupes, right? Technically they are "dealer sold parts"

Just didn't want you showing up at the wrong race, not that either one would be bad.

Hmm, i could have sworn some of the same cars ran in that series as the American Lemans. Like the M3's and Porsches. American Lemans races at St. Pete too right??

The 92-02 brakes were a weak link. Since 03 the brakes have been phenomenal.
Was not aware they got it right in 03 - guess all my buddies have older vipers.

looks like a great car Chuck. I'm afraid porsche is going to have to add a few cylinders (or diplacement) if they want to win during the current HP wars.

The HP wars are fun and all, but as you know there is more to a car than HP. I'm just glad we have choices.

I mean, the real competition is with the Porsches and Mazdas. They aren't the fastest but between those two makes there must be a gazillion competitors. And the more people you gotta compete against the better you gotta be.

Everything changes. ALMS had Daytona in the 90s but a few years ago Grand Am (which is heavily NASCAR supported) took over.

What a few years can make. Who knows, maybe someday they will merge and the old glory days of 80-100 cars all racing at the same time will be back. But it is pretty sad when the main event has fewer entries than the support races.
