Can you hear the power window motor running? Check tranny fluid....sounds like its slipping. Start w/ the simple things first...could be something minor. I really dont know much about Chevys. I am sure someone will chime in w/ a more educated reply. G/L

Unless hitting the pothole damage a cooler line (doubtful), I think your trans problem is related to the fluid change. Did you make sure you put enough fluid in?
As for the windows, the switches and regulators both go bad. It's pretty common and not related to potholes either.

Sue fucking tampa, I'm tired of the bullshit streets we have here. The fucking dirt roads in Colombia were more acceptable than the crap I'm forced to drive on here.

I suppose it's possible for the filter/pickup to have fallen off onto the pan. But for that to happen you would of had to have barely pushed the filter on.
Do you get any activity from the windows? Any motor noise or clicking? If the window jumps off a track the window will stick but you can here the motor whirring and burning itself out.
