$1000 steering wheel for a honda
no lie if you had a honda s500 you could justify spending $1000 for a vintage steering wheel

civics are cars made for daily driving and saving gas. yes, honda does make sportier models like SI's and type R's but they were never meant to be a classic car and never will be. you wont see them at classic car shows still jdm'ed out in 30 years. thats the point people are trying to make by saying its only justified paying that kind of money for a wheel for a classic car such as a yenko camaro. that wheel came with that car, and that car only.
millions of civics were made, maybe 500 yenko camaros were produced so if you happen to have one without the original wheel then paying $1000 for an original wheel is justified.
if you had some special honda S500 that came with a certain honda motersport part that is now missing then i could see someone paying big money for that, but not $1000 for some fritzy mugen wheel for their 98 civic ex that never even came with that wheel.
