don't bother.
If you're racing in a straight line, like all the other people who usually ask this and drive hondas (which i bet you do) it's actually pointless, automatics will be faster.

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

acutally i dont drive a honda lol i have a toyota rav4 i was just asking because im looking for somthing to do in a project car and changing transmission would be nice but i just wanted know how much would it cost

I didn't even know rav4's came with standards as an option.
