Well, how the hell did you get into the parking lot then? It's basic logic. You were in the parking lot, your car didn't magically appear there.

Just pay the damn thing, what is it $50-$75 dollars? You will spend more than that trying to fight it.

they have the burden of proof. that's my whole point of this thread. if she didn't see me driving it, she can't assume. I've gotten off a careless driving ticket before because the cop didn't see how i was driving carelessly. he just assumed because I crashed my car in the snow(not this state) i must have been careless. the judge threw it out in a heartbeat.

 

So who was driving the car? Are you going to throw the blame on your GF? (I think you said she was driving)

 

the car is registered to the dealership my gf works at. she was driving it. I was out of the car when the cop rolled in on me. i've been out of the car for a good 3-5 minutes.

 

no they dont, if a car goes in the wrong direction and they see u get out of the car thats all they need

 

she didn't see me get out of the car. I was standing OUTSIDE the car when she saw me. I'm going to make her say that in front of the judge.

 

So what happens when she says she saw you driving?
