The car being not registered to me, but to a dealership should help because makes it more likely that I wasn't driving the car. Which the cop DID NOT see.

do you honestly think they will review the tape from a month ago. court system is busy. they will throw it out if they can't resolve it then and there. with few exceptions like bringing in a human witness.
