need tires mounted on 2 piece rims

need tires mounted on 2 piece rims
so i went to this tire place with my Stich rims which are 17x8 +5 and there 2 piece and they couldn't do it for whatever reason. one of the valve stems is a straight normal one while the other bends to come out the face of the wheel, idk if that could be a problem but i need to get my old tires taken off and new ones mounted on. tires are gonna be a little stretched like 205/45/17 on an 8, but it's not like super stretch 225 on a 10.5 or anything. anyone reccomend a place that works with 2 or 3 piece rims that could mount em?

there is a place on 580 in Clearwater, right across from discount auto.
They mounted my tires on a 2 piece wheel, no problem. One of the guys will sit there and talk to you about how he drifts his Nissan Hardbody truck.
Can't think of the name of it, but it's in the plaza with Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Pizza Hut, right across from Tire Kingdom( that location sucks, don't go there ) and discount auto.
