everything i have is carb appoved...but yeah im going to have to get rid of the fart can..and a paint job might get me off the radar a lil..i hope i recall correct but u dont have to go for your smog check until after your 1st year there

ok i talk to the guys down @ skunk 2 to see what the deal is ..thay said as long as u have a cat (high flow or not )and muffler i should pass smog and carb..thay said as long as im keeping it low rpms it should all be semi legal.. thay all run loud cat backs
so then i thought about the dc header but it has a carb tag on it. so thats all good

now if u dont pass smog u can get a "red tag" from the dmv that is like a free pass so the cops know that your having a issue getting your car legal
