Factory evo's come with them to curb turbulence coming off of the roof and funnel it towards the wing...

However i dont think this is something the average joe needs...

+1 the average joe definately doesnt need it. it does look good on the evo...think i seen an sti with something similiar...but if you put just one on something other than them...yuck ricer yuck!
