Ocala Gran Prix.... Roadtrip?
I don't know, they must have cut that redneck shit out by the time I got there.. In 2001 in Jr. Gold (the biggest and most competitive class) I won the whole series by a fairly big margin.. I even had most overall points in the whole series, all without cheating once. But hey nothing like showing your 9 year old how to be a fine young man huh?
chill out out bro, in any racing sport.. its the person with the most money wins. when i was there it pretty competitive for fucking 9-10 year olds. my dad threw down a couple grand on making my engine solid and fast. it totally fresh and was pretty stout. i used to place 2nd to 5th place after he did it. overall i miss kart racing and wouldnt mind buying a shifter kart sometime soon.
p.s the guy who bought the kart after we sold it, use to win every race, until he wrecked the kart in a nasty crash.

It's cool bro, cheaters have just always made me sick.
The money thing is true for a big part of it, and there's no denying that my dad has a lot of money, but to tell you the truth, the top 3-5 people in my class had almost identical setups, and years more experience than me. I started with beater equipment and I learned quickly, as did my dad with setting up the karts.
Enough talk about all that, have fun at OGP if you guys go.
