Hey guys. I've been thinking about going to Ocala Gran Prix recently. It's a enduro style karting track in Ocala, great turns and big apex's = fun! The thing is, you have to have a group of 5 or more to do the Arrive and drive program of the kart rentals there. Would anyone be interested in doing a drive up to Ocala in July or so and doing a group purchase? Feedback please!

Seems cool, I know a bunch of people who would wanna go... How much would it be with cart rental?

 

I wish I wasn't so broke at the moment.. I don't know if I could really race them though, I used to race 125cc 6speeds on that track

 

its 31.xx + tax for 3 10 minute sessions. if this goes successful i would spend atleast a $100 renting em out.

i used to race jr sportsman at sunshine speedway in tri-city kart club when i was 9 years old. man i miss racing karts, such a fun thing when your 9!

 

I used to race at sunshine also. I raced Jr. Restricted before moving up into shifterkarts

 

i raced there in 93-94. i used race there religiously every month. i think i was blue and purple restricted. my dad and i use to bore out the purple restrictor hole a bigger to allow more flow

 

lol I'm not really down with cheating.. But yeah more power to you. In my class if you did well then they would check for it anyway

 

My fiance went there a few weeks ago and it was $45 per person, and they didn't say anything about having 5 people.
Its not too far from my house.
