the motor on my civic has about 100k miles..and
i am using 10W~30W regular motor oil...
and i often push it the the red line or at high rpm (6000 rpm)..
is 10W~30W too thin for my high mileage engine or just fine ?
or should i use 10W~40W??
full syn or just regular? full syn worths for a high mileage engine ?

i am using full syn on my element..

high mileage in the prelude, royal purple is only like .70 more a qt though...
