id keep the neon. i dont remember the last time i saw a semi-quick non-srt neon.

 

theres a few of them on here, FLneonRT and phillipykbnw (lol) has one, mikes(FLneonRT) has a built 2.4 going in and right now has a pretty much built 2.0

and phillip has a turbo 2.0

then teamcalloway that used to have the 2.3T mustang now has my old turbo 2.0, and thats pretty quick too.
