Honestly, I see a lot more internal drama unfold with the import community bubbling with adolsecent testosterone and the desire to steal and scam eachother. You'll find if you make a nice car and just come out with our groups (which are a WHOLE LOT smaller than the import groups, that and the fact that you don't find as many of us doing dounuts and burnouts keeps cops away for a bit longer), we're a pretty friendly group - but every group does have a few bad apples, which I'm not gonna name in this thread.
One of the truest statements ever posted on this board

Maybe once this project is done I will hit some of you up, to see what its like on the other side of things cause I'm getting to old to be surrounded by a bunch of kids everytime I want to go out for and have a good time

Breaking into a Firebird is like breaking into a cardboard box. I would just have no idea how the get the thing started after I was inside...

Isn't that ish just a resistor? I don't think it goes uot, the wires in the steering column end up shorting or something and trip the anti-theft. I had it happen to me all teh time. If I banged on the steering column and opened and shut the doors really hard it usually started working.

But yeah, wire coat hangar between the door handle adn the door lock with a hook on it. Push down, then pull up and the door unlocks. Easy as hell. Don't even need a slim jim.

well the "chip" can get worn to a point where it won't read correctly, also happens if it gets VERY dirty

I've always wondered, why the fuck don't you just put a PLATE above the lock so you can't get in as easily? Jebus.
