Engine question
The easiest thing you can do (assuming the motor still turns) is do a compression check. The test tool is pretty cheap at discount, and it will tell you alot.

check fuses too. i know it might be unlikely, but a friend of mine had a car that overheated and a hose blew. it blew coolant all over his fuse box, and it wouldnt crank. he replaced a couple fuses, and it worked fine. that might not be the case, but its always good to check little things first.

Did you forget??? The car won't start, so unless he happens to live on top of an Advance Auto Parts store...I don't think they will check it.

Alright ill try those things and let people know what happends....And ya the motor does turn over..just wont start
Well if it is too low of compression what do i do to fix it?
The first thing you need to do is check the compression.
You may need to do a head gasket and resurface the head,
or you may have to tear down the block.
Get the compression results and go from there.
