so swapping a turbo efi motor that wasn't ever an option in the vehicle and making sure all the plumbing either fits or custom fabbing your own is cheaper and easier than throwing in a bargain trader SBC?

ya, i didn't really meen to start a big discussion over it, but if it was my truck i'd go with a sbc. it may be more fabrication for the mounts, but i think the trade off for base power would be worth it. the only fabrication i can think of would be motor, trans, and radiator mounts. run a larger fuel line, and a custom exhaust
