i have heard some people got pull over and got tickets for aftermarket mufflers or tail lights in the state of florida..the led or white housing tail lights (but look at the new lexus RX330 ...etc ).. are those illegal on the street?

 

I'd suppose so, if people are getting pulled over and ticketed.

I know improper lighting is one, you cannot modify your exhaust in Florida. I have friends with both aftermarket taillights and exhausts that look OEM stock and they are never hassled.

RX330 came like that from the factory.

I got pulled over for exhaust in my fox when I had a bad exhaust leak and a cracked taillight.

Domestics get stupid tickets too, trust me, the police could give a fuck less what you drive anymore, be a jackass, you will get the penalty. Enough with domestics are better, ya'll aren't gonna learn till you get the jackass cop that doesn't give a fuck what you drive.
