New project for 2007. Need new ideas
Ok guys I want to do a new project.I'm going back and forward on what to do.
I have a 10 sec civic that I really like,but it's not practical at all.
It's loud,vibrates,NO A/C, you get it just fast and thats it.
now,I've been tying to do a lexus SC300 next year,but seems like everyone is doing that.So as usual I want to be unique.I really want to use the 2JZ engine,but not sure to use the lexus chassis.
other engines I've been looking at would be:
S2000 F20C swap,or the RB26DETT,or a LS1 6 speed.
I want to do something uncomon.
need help with ideas.
these are the things the car has to be
1-fast (10-11 sec)
2-confortable
3-RWD "must"
4- A/C "must"
PLS Tampa Bay.....Help your boy out.
I don't like convertables that much,cause you cant recline.
Give me and chassis/enginr combo that will turn heads!!!!!!

You should do a stock ls1 into a Miata.
I've only seen it done like, twice.
It fits, and I'm sure you could keep the A/C.
And obviously a motor like that in a light, tiny Miata would rock.

The LS1 is going to be a monster in that lightweight car, even without forced induction. You might consider a roll cage in it or something ahahha.
