Driving definitions: Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Cops would come to the races out in New York all the time and race their cars against other people's cars and bikes. This is during the day every Sunday morning/afternoon. They never broke it up nor gave tickets. But this was 10 or so years ago. Things have drastically changed since then.
