Cops here are just as lineant just not on street racing on gandy and shit. Theres cops around here that will just tell you not to do something and go on your way. my boy (puto) got caught doing doughnuts in a parking lot and the cop just yelled at him and sent him on his way.
When ever you do something like that your less likly to get in trouble if its in a far off area where noone else is having to see it or hear it or could get hurt by it.
