Take a 13mm 6pt socket and heat it up red hot with a map gas torch and knock it down onto the 14mm bolt head. Let it cool and try to break it loose like that. I've used this method before with success. Good Luck.

Thanks man, its because the head is warped.
Oicked up this thing from advance auto parts made by Vise Grips
I describe it by it looking like the inverse of what a drill bit would, and when you loosen the bolt it tightens its grip on the head of the bolt

If there is still an end on the bolt, Sears sells some nasty lookin' reverse sockets, I've used it on multiple broken bolts (stupid rusted ass 240s) and it has worked like a charm.

get a bolt extractor. dont go crazy, remember that the bolt and head may be junk but the threads are in the block that i assume you are wanting to keep.
