An extractor,or dump some cleaner in a bucket with some water and use only the foam off the top with a washmitt.I could tell you the rest of my secrets but that only comes from many years of trial and error.Good luck.

Go to a Chrysler dealer and pick up a bottle of "Total Clean". I don't push their chemicals too much, but that stuff is the shit for cleaning anything in the interior.

Dont be afraid to soak the stains, like drench them.
I worked in the detail department before and they use freakin pressure washers on the door panels.
Use a scrub brush on the seats, steel wool on the plastics, and a soft towel on the headliner.
Dont get any of the cleaning chemicals on the glass, it will never come off.

Yeah pull them out and pressure wash with some simple green, or use a steam cleaner, i never had a problem with that at all, it seems to get everything out!
