Default Will these tires fit my wheels?

I have axis mulliner wheels and according to the shop I went to there 10 inches wide. I currently have 295/25/22's but I want to buy some 305/45/22's will they fit on these wheels or are they too wide?

Wow, i have a 265/30/19 on a 10 inch front wheel, and a 315/25/19 on the rear of my car on an 11" wheel! Im sure you can fit them, simply because its only 10mm wider, AND it largely depends on the tire brand you buy. I have had 3 different brand 265's and all of them fit my 10" wheels differently!? check the individual tire manufacturers specs on each tire on the website, they will all reccomend a different size wheel and such, but you can find the section width at the very least, this way you can compare the two...

They should fit, you can generally fit a little bit bigger tire than what is recomended. Some tires like nittos run smaller, alot of people run 275s on a 8" wheel, I just wouldnt try to go taking through twisties going full out. 305s should be fit fine though on the 10".

why? you don't have to stretch a tire to be able to take a turn flat out.

My car came stock with 7in wide wheels and 205s, the widest tirerack recomends is a 215, I've put 225s on them, and other have fit up to 235s on them with absolutely no problems and no adverse affects on handling. (just be sure you have a tire with a stiff side wall if you want it to handle well)
