I recently drove an 05 Redline. I liked it from the start. The car took me by suprise. I like the features of the car. The way the passanger door comes out, the dash, audio equipment and the Recoro seats. I love the sound of the whine when you mash on the throttle. The one thing that killing me is the looks. This thing looks ugly and plain as hell. The Cobalt isn't any better though.

My quetion is: If you like everything about the car beside the exterior would you still buy it?

 

I would never spend $4__ a month on a car,I don't fully like.

But me personally, I would never drive a Saturn Ion, Dodge Neon, or Chevy Cobalt...

I would never buy a car who's exterior I didn't like. The Ion Redline really is quite an ugly car.

 

You might want to tell that to Chevy and RealTime RL. For some reason, they think their front drivers can beat out AWD and RWD cars.

I own a black 2005 with Intense stage V, lowered 2inch,limo tint , I/H stock exhaust.
I run mid 13's consit. on stock dunlop 9000s. thats why i got the Ion not allot of people have em(maybe b/c they dont look good)but i like it and thats all that matters. they are
really underestimated and the doors rcok thats another reason why i got it.i can fit 2 adults in the back as long as there not 6'2.
the recaros are great I have had SRT acr owners comp me on the seats as well as cobalt ss guys and sti guys. I can fit a 6'5 300+lb passnger in the front seat. the car is leaning at that point but hes comfortable LOL.
I only spent a little under 19k on it brand new in 05 with GM stage II on it with the springs and window tint.
