To an extent, most of us can agree that modifying your car (FOR THE MOST PART) puts others in slightly higher danger percentage ;P

But im not going to be an ass, overanalyzing your statement...

Well-balance is about as good as it gets.

Though i'm quite partial to sound myself. =]

Style, there are so many cars i wouldn't be caught dead in. I can't say the same for nice looking clean slow car.

Performance over style... However, I wouldnt get a pure performance car.

A mix is nice.

Ehh I dont think so.

I can have my stock 300hp in my Z and be just as dangerous as if I had 500rwhp.

Why? Because speed is speed.. People seem to forget that 155 mph is 155mph regardless of how fast I got there. And chances are, if I did have that much hp I would have upgraded my suspension, brakes, etc, so it would actually be more safer.

You can't call a car with big HP less safe, because its the driver, not the car that ends up wrecking it.

there is also a chance that with that much power you might know a thing or 2 about driving, so i hope that would help as well

for me, speed>all

the prelude will be my daily, so it will at least look nice, and have the door speakers and maybe a sub so as not to overdrive them so much, but will have a full suspension and not be very comfy and probably pretty loud with a decent amount of power so...

and my next car...no interior, race seat, straight exhaust, full race suspension, roll cage, no stereo...just power and grip

Ive never seen one in an accident yet.
That would be the soccer mom in their oversized SUV's with 20" rims
