chevy 350..get an old one slap some vortec heads and a mild cam and bam..probley a total of 1200$ for engine and trans..then find your self a chassis

well....good luck hookin up FWD with 400, less an NSX or S, and shy of altrac or whatever, i'd say a 240 out of those choices, not brand specific, but civic and 240 all have alot of parts for cheap
