This poll stinks of old (civic) and new (240) ricer, get a Z06 or a Cobra and call it a day. Or get a Nissan skyrine super duper R and be the coolest kid in your block!

Mitsubishi: Make 585 awhp on the stock block and internals.
Mitsubishi would be the easiest and cheapest to make 400 useable whp.
Other than that it just comes down to personal preference.

You need to be more specific not every Mitsubishi motor can produce such of amount of hp.

I still think Nissan has some stronge engines... so does Toyota's. But it all boils down to on what car you choose from these 3 categories of Make's.
