Default 04 GTI 1.8T? Tow Boat???

alright, my next purchase I wanna make is a boat...Buttttttttt, I don't wanna sell my car or get a new one...Do you think my car can tow a 18'...I need to be able to not only Tow it but drop it in the water...its a stick shift...if any more info is need lmk..i tried to search for the towing capacity of my car and Im not having any luck..anybody know how much a 18' boat tends to weight?..I wanted a 75-100 motor..and mostly used for fishing.....

it might pull it but im not sure how well.. I'd check on vortex and ask around there.

crank up your boost for towing. keep in low gears hahaha

get a truck... or a friend with a truck.

Just get a cheap old blazer, jimmy, explorer, etc. that can be had for 2,500 or less.

im not sure if that is such a good idea for a 18' boat. one time when my friend and I went wake boarding there was a guy with a Jimmy putting his little dingy boat in the water and when he went to pull the trailer out of the water he was just sitting there spinning and he couldent pull himself out.

we had to pull him out with the F250

Just buy a old cheap truck for 1,500 like a old ford.
