Understand where you are coming from. The only thing is I don't believe they will give you information such as that at the DMV, but it's well worth a try.

Ok so i spoke to the kid today and he has the name and address for the last person who had the car registered so i think im gonna pick the car up and then work on getting the title from there. Oo and i live in N.y so i dont think florida fast title is an option
