The old jewish people with bad eyesight here in florida won't stand for this shit. They worked hard to save thier money, and they won't let the government do this.

If Oregon eventually adopts the system, the fuel tax would remain in place, Whitty said, because only new cars would have the technology, and Oregon also would have to account for vehicles from other states.
The idea behind the experiment is that as vehicles get more fuel-efficient, their drivers will contribute less in tax revenue for road repairs and building. So, legislators asked a task force to come up with alternatives to the standard state fuel tax of 24 cents a gallon.
I don't understand why anyone would think that a new way to take your money would never be implemented by the government. That's what they do.
