I dont mean to agetate this anymore but the front drain holes are in the door jam. Once you open the door, you can see them above the hinge. Usually you can take the end of the hose and pinch it and watch the water run out. The rear ones are just underneath the bumper. The wheels dont need to come off for this job. The car doesnt even need to be jacked up to do this.

But then again, they may have done a tire rotation. Check your paper work.

I'm not pissed of my cars not the one that lost a wheel.

i agree, some people think that id they get wiper blades installed, and then they blow thier engine, it's the shops fault, fuck people like that...assholes

BUT, if they DID remove the wheel, then you have something on thier dumb ass's, and they suck at life

ok all of you VW genious's...if you know so fucking much you would know there is more than 1 drain...there is one in the door..and there is another one that you can access through the fender...so to make life fuckin easier they take the damn wheel off..just so you VW gods know..

if it was my fault i would blame myself..but being thrown into on comming traffic because some dick fuck didnt tighten my lugnuts and it wasnt my fault is a completely different story..

i know what the shop did..i have every receipt from every time they touched my car..

Option B or C is still on the table. Instead of calling them, run the car into some guardrail and sue their asses.
