You can't buy a police interceptor off the street. The ex ones have the ecu and a few otehr thigns changed I do believe. Clos as you can get I think is the Crown Vic sport which has it all minus the ecu.

Yeah, you can shoot a radar gun at people.
I think I've seen a topic on here before, somebody using the cheapo radar gun they would normally use at thier kids little league games and zapping cars on the highway with it to watch them slam on thier brakes.
