Default Boost PSI question
On average how much HP do you get per PSI of boost?

Driving definitions: Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

10 hp sounds about right,but its just so dependent on your indivisual setup.

+1 as shown, though there are sooo many factors to concider..displacement, RPM, compressor efficiency, intercooler efficiency (if there is one) engine efficiency...

Rule of thumb is 10-11 HP per psi

so im running bout 235 hp??? since i boosted from 7 psi to 10.5?

yeah, don't DSMs run like twenty somethin pounds of boost?
they don't have like 200HP just off the turbo do they?

i could also be 100% wrong

The only reason DSMers even have 4G63s is to have something to power their 16G/20Gs

stock boost for dsms is between 8.5-11lbs.
