Many repo men will just drive away if you even confront them. Most will if you pull a gun. A select few are suicidal and will pull on you. Repo men aren't sharpshooters, and they aren't combat trained, so they're not going to go all Rambo on you either.

No, believe me, vehicles getting repo'd do not amuse me, not one bit, but the stories/excuses afterward always crack me up. If arrangements had been made and the bank had received their money by the agreed upon deadline, they would not have taken the car, period. Banks lose their ass when they repo a car 9 out of ten times, they are in the money business, not the car business. They're not some spiteful asshole that just wants to screw their customers like people make them out to be, they want to make money. There's not a chance in hell that they received the full payment they were supposed to by the date they were supposed to, no way.

last thing i had repo'd was a 2001 kawasaki 4x4 wheeler. i beat the shit out of the day they came to pick it up, and then, once i saw them pulling into my driveway, i ran out to my garage, bent the shit out of the racks and took out the battery. i was gonna get screwed either way, so i figured id have some fun with my repo.

 

why would you go 5 months w/o a job and just watch your savings dwindle to the point your shit gets taken? i just hope you learn from this and don't let it happen again.

 

have u contacted the finance company and ask why they still authorized a repo truck to get the vehicle....if u made the arrangement regardless if ur 10 or 2 months past due the finance company needs to keep their arrangement and not picking up the vehicle..

but yea ..let it be a lesson and never get pass due again...b/c now this is a repo on ur credit and even if u get the car back the repo is still on ur credit...
