Hi i plan on buying a shell from someone on here that bought the shell from somebody else and they never registered it (current owner) so its still registered to the name of the original owner and its dated a year ago. Is it going to be a problem to try and register it in florida? Has anyone went thru this? thanks

 

it turned into a nightmare for me man.. i had to hunt down the owner and have him get with me to sign the title again because they saw that on my title it was a lil over a year ago and they wouldnt do it without the registered owner

just my experiance with it
