My girlfriends car is coming up on time for timing belt replacing, and the place her mom went to said 400. The timing belt only cost around $50 or so online, so I dont see how it'll cost 350 for labor.

well, its not that 350 is really a lot, but i dont trust the guy to work on any car, let alone someone i know personally. When we were there, and he was doing an oil change, he said he needs an oil change EVERY month, and that he has NEVER worked on any car that was like hers, and that its the nicest car he's ever worked on its only a 2000 1.8t jetta for christs sake.

Sorry man, my cousin posted this under my name on accident. He meant to use his name (FHA) and doesn't know yet how to edit posts so I apologize for the post. As for work on cars, we are only taking on high dollar/big name jobs and person jobs as of now. Or traction bars and other products are still in the works.
