Gandy on a weekend night is not a smart idea, I personally woulda just left them and gone my own way getting my phone later. I would definitely get yourself a lawyer though.

18, and 12 points in 12 months apparently.

 

lol... well your not too bad off. get a lawyer if you want, it will help, but at this point i dont think its majorly necessary.
since this is a first time offense you will get a max of a $500 fine, but i got a $250 fine and had to take a defensive driving class.
