I know what you mean about the old people needing driving tests, but this IS NOT one of those cases. When you are expecting traffic to be cruising around 45mph and have done so for the past 10 years it does not occure to you that the pair of headlight you see this time are traveling probably triple the speed limit. I've ridden bike for years, and I can honestly say when looking at a bike coming in your direction it is DAMN hard to tell how fast they are traveling. BTW: Several people have admitted to either witnessing the race or being at the location when the race deal went down.

but stll someone is dead idiot or not, its dangerous our there, and dont just take life for granted driving a boke or a car, ya know it just makes u thankful u havnt got in a serous crash or ya know got to hurt, so respect for him even if it was his fault,...

anyone else think the pic looks weird? doubt that they moved anything yet in the pic. the car is at a weird angle to have gotten hit in the side like that. maybe they turned right from the left lane??? bikes were trying to sneak past on the right??? it looks like the car is going into a driveway. there is no way the rear would be out like that from a right lane turn.

Ok I was just at my shop,its where the accident happend.
The people I rent from,one of the managers were the first few at the scene before the EMS or police.
He said the guy who died,wasnt bleeding at all,everything was intact,he just had bad internal damage,DOA
When he walked out he saw the guy who was alive,pick up his bike.He saw the guy and even talked with him,the guy just got on the bike an dhauled ass.
He told em the nuns were charged,failure to give right away rosoemthing liek that,i dont knowthe exact charge.He said the guy who died,was not 42,but early to mid 30s.
