its ok, i had a W out for about 4 months before I decided to take care of my crap... most that can happen to you is what happened to me, get sent to jail for a day, when you get out you will be able to pay/take care of your ticket (this is of course if you have a W out)

 

that is not a warning, its a fix-it ticket. Basically you have to either pay a fine (and possible get points) or fix it, pay a cop to sign off that it is fixed, then goto the clerk of courts and pay an "administrative fee". In hillsborough the "fee" plus the little extras amounts to almost $70, almost as much as the ticket itself but no points.

if this is what you got and you never paid any money and never sent anything in then it's the same as not paying any other ticket....arrest warrant will be issued.

 

they dont put out arrest warrants anymore, they just suspended your license, at least that what the state told me when i called about an unpaid ticket in another county, which reminds me.

A fix it ticket and a court apperance ticket are totally differnt. You don't go to court and the judge signs off right there for a warrenty to be issued. A fix it ticket they just suspend your license and nail your ass when you get pulled over.

 

I wasn't talking about court tickets. i was talking about everything else besiede a court ticket. You get a speeding ticket, and don't pay with in i think it's 60 days, they send a notice, saying your license is suspended untill you pay the ticket and other fees, they will tack on.
