The RSX and Civic are both good cars.

If it were my decision it'd be the Civic all the way. The HP difference from the RSX is neglegable at best and you've already got better handling plus an LSD...

Maybe it'd be easier to answer this if we knew what you wanted the car for? AutoX? Daily Driver? Drag?

the price would have been my 1st guess why you looked away from the RSX.
Like i said, each of these cars have their ups and downs.

that had to have been a lot of custom work, which is expensive. the reason you looked away from the RSX is price. not to mention that nice warrenty is history

I love my tC, but it is not a drag car. The 2.4L is nice and torquey around town, but 163hp pushing against a 3000 pound car is not fast. I think the acceleration specs are very close to the old 2000 Civic Si. Also, the car is electronicly limited to 126mph, and would redline in 5th at around 135. I'm not sure how fast you intend to go while "on drag". The new Civic Si is a better car, and it should be for the extra money it costs.

If you are serious about on drag, you can save a lot of money and just buy a dress. But in all seriousness, I wouldn't buy anything on your list and cut it up/modify it to go drag racing. Buy something used for a lot less and start from there.
