good writeups!

I make MBCs using a natural gas valve from Home Depot. they're about $30 total, $20 alone in the big valve, but much easier to use and more pleasant looking.

ill snap some pics later of the one on my brother's car. i still have a profec type s buti m ditching it in favor of a larger wastegate spring and an mbc since ill only need it to jump about 2-3 psi over wastegate pressure and dont need the high low, since i prett much run 15psi daily.

pen from spring.........i bet it will....you get a small block of metal drill a hole in the top and side, thread it witha tap set, put two nipples in it, a spring and a ball......NOW THE HARD PART IS getting a hold of the drill press, tap and die set.

I bought an eBay one for $15 shipped...you guys are all sorts of lazy! You might as well shim your wastegate!

I got a set of tap & dies & drill press.
I will be done with it sometime tomorrow.

Definitly, the 1st method is the cheapest that one can make, it doesnt get any easier than that. But as far as looks, i would have to go with the MBC.
Jordan, you get a cookie too for your post.
If I absolutely had to have one, I would make it like this. I think I saw it on a DSM FAQ site once and it looked better than most I've seen for cheaper. I HOWEVER am lazy and don't want to do the run around on my car everytime I want to go from 7 to 11 to 14 psi.
Profec II +1
